An unexpected vehicle accident, the primary accident may lead to not only the deaths of the people in the crash but also other misfortunes to drivers traveling on the lane. Most of the ensuing accidents result from negligent driving; drivers passing by don’t recognized the accident. To reduce the chances of “secondary” accidents, the driver in the accident needs the opportunity to help other drivers avoid the crash or reduce their speed.

the other drivers who are occupying the lane where the primary car crash happens.
